Vivad are taking the Covid 19 crisis very seriously.
We will continue to operate while we are able to do so.
Please be aware of the following important changes to protect our staff and help minimise the spread of the virus.

As of Monday the 23rd of March, we will close the doors to our showroom, main office and loading dock. Access will be through the dispatch office door only. On entry, please ring the bell and wait for attention.
We are discouraging face-to face meetings as far as practical. You will be able to talk to a representative across the counter keeping a distance of 1.5 metres.
In order to assure the continuation of business for as long as possible, we have split the company into two teams.
Team A will be working next week, while team B will be on annual leave. On the week commencing the 30th we will swap over. The two teams will not be in close contact with each other. In the event that one team is required to self isolate we hope to be able to continue to operate with the other team. We also have account managers working remotely.
Our web to print portal is fully operational and offers a safe way to procure important signage during the crisis.
We have plenty of stock, ink, extrusion, systems and are running all production facilities with reduced staffing.
I would like to thank all of Vivad's staff who have been amazingly flexible and understanding in these challenging times, we are working hard to keep as many people employed for as long as possible.
We are also here to help our valued clients who have in many cases had their revenue streams reduced to zero after the cancellation of all exhibitions and events.
I believe that these times may well be the greatest challenge of our generation. We are all in this together!
Kind regards
Ewen Donaldson
