In 2025, Vivad proudly marked 25 years in the print industry — A milestone that reflects both our evolution as a business and our commitment to being one of Australia’s leading large format printers. To celebrate, we hosted a two-part event that brought together customers, suppliers, franchise groups, and independent printers from across the country.
A Day of Energy - Vivad’s Open House & Web-to-Print Games
The festivities began in the afternoon of Friday, July 25, with our Vivad Open House and the Vivrack Web-to-Print Games. Four powerhouse teams — Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black — battled it out in a high-energy competition that highlighted teamwork, industry spirit, and a good dose of fun. With around 40 players on each team, the energy was electric as participants raced to the finish, cheered on by industry peers.

An Evening to Remember - Vivad’s 25th Anniversary Celebration
As the sun set, the celebration shifted into an unforgettable evening event, marking both our 25th anniversary and the launch of our new 3,000+ sqm warehouse in Campbellfield. Guests entered through a striking, transformed warehouse entrance and stepped into a full-scale celebration complete with live music, comedy from Sam McCool, street food, and a buzzing bar.
What stood out most was the camaraderie across the print industry. Business owners, signage installers, suppliers, and printers all came together under one roof — proving that industry connections and shared celebration are what make milestones truly special.

Large Format Printing on Display
The evening also showcased what Vivad does best: large format printing at scale. From floor-to-ceiling displays and inflatables to vibrant wall graphics, the warehouse was filled with examples of the colour, creativity, and quality our team delivers daily. One guest summed it up perfectly:
